Tim Harris - Director, President & CEO

Tim joined Questia as chief financial officer in 1999. In 2000, he became chief operating officer, coordinating the day-to-day operational activities for the company ranging from Operations, Marketing, and Sales to Information Management & Engineering. In 2005, Tim transitioned from COO to Director, a role he holds to this day. In 2007, Tim assumed the role of President and CEO. Prior to Questia, Tim spent 16 years at Compaq Computer with his last position as vice president and general manager of their $8 billion commercial desktop division. Tim holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University and a B.S. in electrical engineering from Cornell University.

Michael Miller - CFO, Corporate Controller & Secretary

CFO, Corporate Controller and Secretary, Mike has more than 20 years' experience in accounting and finance. Mike oversees the finance and accounting functions and serves as Secretary of Questia's Board of Directors. He spent over 16 years with Compaq in various key financial roles including vice president finance, North America division. He holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a B.A. from Texas Tech University.

Sean Sullivan - Director, Consumer Sales & Marketing

With Questia since 2004, Sean brings the company over 15 years of experience in the publishing and technology fields. He previously led marketing initiatives for book publishers Bantam Doubleday Dell and Dorling Kindersley. Sean later moved on to Muze, Inc., as the Director of Category Management, where he oversaw the content company's book and video game products. Sean began his career in newspaper publishing after graduating from the University of Montana with a B.A. in Journalism.

Nancy Buchanan - Director, Content Development

Before joining Questia in 2000, Nancy had twelve years of professional experience in academic libraries. She has worked in collection development, electronic resources, reference, and library instruction at the University of Houston and Texas A&M University libraries. Nancy is a regular speaker at national and regional library conferences. Her publications include articles in College and Research Libraries, RQ, Online, and other professional journals. Nancy has long been active in the American Library Association and the Texas Library Association, including being a former chair of the Machine-Assisted Reference Section of ALA's Reference and User Services Division and a TLA Councilor and TLA Annual Program Planning Committee member. Nancy holds an M.L.S. from the University of Illinois, an M.A. in communication from Purdue University, and a B.A. in journalism from Ball State University.
